母子健康手帳をデータ化することは、母子のいまの健康に加え、将来への「そなえ」につながります。例えば、母親が出産にそなえ、妊娠中の状況を記録しておくことは、母子の将来の疾病を予防する先制医療を実現できる可能性があります。さらに新たな管理方法や創薬、オーダーメイド医療にも役立ちます。現行の冊子版の母子健康手帳の使いやすさは維持しながら、簡単な操作でデータ化できる仕組みを実現します。RWD（リアルワールドデータ）とのシームレスな連携も可能にします。
Digitizing the Maternal and Child Health Handbook (MCH Handbook) not only helps the mother and child's current health, but will also help them prepare for the future. For example, recording the mother's condition during pregnancy in preparation for childbirth could lead to preemptive medical treatment to prevent future illnesses of the mother and child. 「ウィラバApp」は母子健康手帳の使いやすさを残しながら、いまと将来に必要な情報をデータ化し記録します。「ウィラバペーパー」は「ウーマンチャイルドヘルスケア」にそなえます。
